Quality Control

As an ISO 9001 Certified Company, our Quality Control is applied in all three phases of the process:

Raw Material Control: Exhaustively analyzing all raw material received at our facilities, as well as periodically evaluating our suppliers, to ensure that the suitability and necessary characteristics of the wire rod received are correct.

Intermediate Product Control: In order to guarantee that our final product has the characteristics required by the Standard and those expected by our customers, the different wires that make up our strands are subjected to tensile and geometric tests, according to regulatory requirements and our internal specifications.

Final Product Control: In Galcore we are committed to excellence and we seek the total satisfaction of our customers, for this all our products are rigorously controlled, so in addition to tensile tests and geometric characteristics performed continuously in our laboratories, in collaboration with the CITEEC we perform tests of relaxation, fatigue, deflected traction or stress corrosion, among others.
